About Me

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Women Institute of Technology Campus Institute of Veer Madho Singh Bhandari University, UTU. I have developed a keen interest in MERN stack and Java development. Prior to this, I completed a 3-year diploma in Computer Science and Engineering, which provided me with a solid foundation in the field. My academic journey has been marked by a strong grasp of both theoretical and practical aspects of computer science, and I am enthusiastic about building and optimizing full-stack web applications. With a passion for coding and problem-solving, I am committed to leveraging my skills to contribute to innovative projects and further my understanding of the field.

Technician Apprentice

Bharat Sanchar Nagarnigam Limited (BSNL) May 2022 – May 2023

Apprenticeship Experience at BSNL – Leased Line Department, Patel Nagar I was responsible for maintaining the daily record of fault complaints and actively attending to customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. My role also involved coordinating with TIPs (Telecom Infrastructure Providers) and vendors to supervise the network-related tasks and verify that the raised complaints or assigned tasks were resolved within the stipulated time frame. This experience significantly enhanced my communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
